In 2017 St. Barnabas invited Meitler to assist in creating a strategic plan for their PK3-8th grade school. The school was experiencing enrollment growth and desired a plan to help move the curriculum and instruction to a model more centered on a 21st century education. The plan also focused on strengthening the Catholic identity and helping the school articulate its preferred future. St. Barnabas was in the middle of a building campaign so the plan also provided direction on the facilities needed for the new 21st century model of education.
