In 1999, Meitler conducted an enrollment study for Regis Jesuit High School. One of the objectives to be accomplished through the enrollment study was to determine the market for an all-girls division at Regis Jesuit High School. Through the study, it was determined that there was a market for an all-girls division. Fast forward to 2018, and Regis Jesuit High School has 733 girls enrolled. In 2019, Meitler once again partnered with Regis Jesuit High School to conduct a comprehensive enrollment potential study. This comprehensive study compiled and analyzed community demographic, Catholic and school-age, data to provide direction and insight for Regis Jesuit’s enrollment management initiatives and efforts. Leading a variety of focus group meetings and market research surveys with five constituent groups round out the data analysis process. These groups include parents of students who inquired about the school but did not apply, those who applied were accepted but did not enroll, parents with young children (0-12 years), current parents and students. The results of the study provide a view from these constituencies to enhance the enrollment management process of Regis Jesuit, that is, marketing, recruitment, admissions and retention. Several key focus areas emerged that closely aligned with the strategic vision of the school. These focus areas, combined with the strategic vision, will allow for continued success and growth at Regis Jesuit High School.
