Meitler partnered with Clearwater Central Catholic High School in Clearwater, Florida in 2007 and again 2016 to develop two strategic growth plans. Key objectives achieved because of this planning partnership include the following:
- In 2007-08 the school met their enrollment growth target, achieved clarity of mission, reorganized the administrative staff and created a distinguishing academic niche (International Baccalaureate) The school also developed a master facility plan for new classrooms and athletic facilities put in place a plan for a capital campaign.
- In 2016-17 the school developed a plan to secure major gifts as part of the pre-campaign preparation which in 2018 ultimately led to a capital campaign to implement the facility master plan.
