What do Catholic School principals in
Butte, Grand Rapids, Providence, and Houston
have in common?
Turns out a LOT!
We invited a small group of Catholic school principals from across the country to join our first leadership cohort back in 2019.
Over the ensuing two years, the principals worked together to develop and implement specific enrollment plans that included retention strategies and cost-effective communication plans for their schools.
When the pandemic hit, we watched the first cohort work together to create plans and share ideas for how to best meet their students’ needs. They supported and encouraged each other through every challenge 2020 had to offer.
Leadership Institute Reflections
Jessica Saglio, Principal at Our Lady of Carmel School in Bristol, Rhode Island, is a member of our first leadership cohort. Hear how her school has benefitted from connecting and working together with other Catholic school leaders from across the country.
The 2019 Leadership Cohort helped Principal Teresa Matetich develop and implement her school's enrollment plan.
Dr. Mazie McCoy shares how she developed a strong enrollment plan for Corpus Christi Catholic School with support from her peers in the cohort leadership program.
“...the reassurance that I have a group of people from all over the country who are living and breathing the same circumstances as me this year have been the most tangible benefit.”
