In 2012 Meitler assisted Don Bosco Prep to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. In 2018 school leadership invited Meitler to again develop a new plan to build on the excellent work being done at the Don Bosco Prep and ensure continued success in preparing students in the spirit of the Salesians for life and higher education. This proactive forward thinking is critical given for the first time in the history of Don Bosco the school will operate with a lay person serving as President.
